Tazarotene uk is a powerful retinoid that has been shown in clinical trials to build collagen, reverse fine lines and wrinkles, photo-damage, pigmentation, hyper-pigmentation, acne and psoriasis. It is available from Relimeds as a topical cream or foam and is usually applied once a day in the evening.
